This place is a hidden gem. The building is beautiful, smells really good inside and it’s private. There are on-site laundry services and the kitchen and bathroom are well-stocked. Sergio’s communication is wonderful and he provided me with his local food recommendations. The neighborhood is walkable and many restaurants, gas stations and convenience stores are nearby. I highly recommend this home. You won’t be disappointed.

Sergio is a great host!! Very responsive with great recommendations, the place looks exactly like the pictures, and most of the places I needed to go were 10-15 min away in car. Definitely will be back next time I’m in Miami

Wij kwamen aan bij Sergio en hadden door vermoeidheid niet door hoe het slot werkte en het systeem. Gelukkig reageerde Sergio super snel en konden we er gelukkig in. Door persoonlijke omstandigheden wilde wij ons verblijf verkorten. Sergio dacht daar goed in mee gelukkig. Doordat Sergio meedenkend was konden wij een dag eerder vertrekken en kregen wij ook netjes het geld terug. Dit had niks met Sergio te maken, maar met persoonlijke omstandigheden. Dankjewel voor alles en succes!

I loved it there definitely booking again everything matched the description the area is safe . The building is definitely had great security (locks & cameras) And the bus being across the street is everything can’t wait to book again! The host is very responsive

It's a cute little place to stay. Loved the peaceful vibes. It's clean, quiet, and comfortable! Parking was easy and instructions to get inside was straightforward. It is walkable to Starbucks Sergio is a great host, responsive and thoughtful. Thank you very much! 😊

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here! We loved it. It is easy to access and has the best restaurant choices nearby. It was very quiet just how we wanted it. We will for sure be coming back.

I had a very peaceful stay during my recovery. Such a beautiful private yard to relax in. I took some walks around the neighborhood and down to the water. Food, drinks and even ice cream are all in walkable distance. Everything looked just like the photos and supplied everything we needed. 10/10 would love to come back❤️

Me gustó muchas el lugar, muy cómodo, tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estadía, el lugar es tranquilo y de fácil acceso. No tuvimos problemas para estacionar en la misma cuadra donde estaba el hotel. Sergio nos dio todas las indicaciones claras de cómo entrar al lugar y nos envió algunas recomendaciones de lugares para comer por la zona.

Sergio was very responsive and provided details about this place. The only bad thing about this place was the parking. I had to drive around and find parking. I did found around the corner where you have to pay but still didn’t feel comfortable leaving my car on the street but thankful nothing happened but beside that place was perfect with private kitchen and bathroom and place was very secure with strong locks on the doors.
