This was an unexpectedly great airbnb. It is very well located - only a 15 minutes north of downtown, and very close with great access to the bridges to Miami Beach, while at the same time free from much of the business that happens so close to down-town Miami. The unit itself is nice, spacious with great high ceilings, basic kitchen and really nice furniture. The shower was awesome with a big rain shower head. Overall - highly recommend Sergio's place if you are looking for a well located lovely stay in Miami.

We had a wonderful stay at Sergio’s place! The home was exactly as described—spotlessly clean and very well organized. The room had all the essential furniture and appliances we needed to feel comfortable. We especially appreciated the clear instructions Sergio left for the AC, which made it so easy to manage. While there isn't an assigned spot, we found that parking was generally pretty easy to find nearby. Above all, Sergio’s communication was excellent; he was always available and quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Great communication, having a dedicated AC unit was my favorite part. A lot of cute inclusions like a makeup towel, toothpaste/brush, little cookies in the hallway that were nice to have. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Great space, close to restaurants, easily accessible. Parking was available as well. Spacious room. The only thing that can be improved is the pillows that are available, they were a little flat and made neck stiff. Besides that’s great place!

El alojamiento está excelente. Tranquila. Siempre tienen disponible café, azúcar y toallas limpias. Está en una muy buena ubicación accesible a todo en poco tiempo. Lo único que no me gustó fue que no tenía estacionamiento aunque siempre conseguimos uno cerca sin problema y lo otro fue el baño que era extremadamente pequeño aunque el agua estaba calientita y eso me agradó.

Super séjour d’une nuit à Miami ! Logement impeccable, très propre et conforme à la description. Les échanges avec Sergio étaient agréables, avec des instructions claires et détaillées. Je recommande sans hésiter !

The room is well furnished with a small kitchen and all the necessary for a comfort stay. There’s also a wash and dry inside the building, very useful during my long trip around Florida. Is a pleasant stay at Sergio’s place, if I’ll ever come back to Miami will be for sure my first choice. Recommended!

Great place!! I’d say to follow the uber only recommendation because parking was a hassle since we had a baby with us. But otherwise, super clean, fully stocked kitchenette. Even had a bullet ninja! Will stay agin.

We will be staying here for all our future Miami trips. Had everything we needed, was decently priced, and felt like home. Close to the city, and plenty of small stores and shops around the area. Didnt have any problem with parking at all.
